MONTHLY RETAINERS

For ongoing, reliable support every month, I offer three retainer options. Each one gives you a consistent, dependable presence behind the scenes — without the commitment or cost of a full-time employee.

Starter Support 8 hours per month £280 per month — introductory rate

Ideal for solo practitioners or small clinics who need light but consistent administrative support each month.

Core Support 16 hours per month £560 per month — introductory rate

Suited to growing practices that need reliable, regular support across inbox management, diary coordination, documentation, and billing.

Priority Support 24 hours per month £840 per month — introductory rate

For busier clinics and medi-spa businesses that need a dependable operational presence and more hands-on day-to-day support.

Support may include:

  • Appointment bookings and follow-ups
  • Medical documentation support
  • Billing and invoicing

The specific tasks within each retainer are agreed based on your business needs.

All services are provided on a contractor basis. I work independently as a virtual assistant and do not operate as an employee. Retainer hours are agreed monthly and do not roll over. A service agreement is provided before work begins. 

I work entirely remotely and in writing — by email and messaging platforms — ensuring clear, documented communication at all times.
